If you have ordered a customized or personalized item, please note that we cannot cancel or refund the order once production has begun. These items are made to order and require significant time and resources to create. Once we have begun production, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.

REFUNDS

If you paid for your order with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.
